What do we mean by full staging?
It’s the little things that make a house feel like a home. The textures, the colors, the emotions evoked when entering each room. These are all little indicators of how much a home is (or was) loved. We believe that houses are a lot like people. When given love, they tend to flourish and shine. Ready to make your home shine?
Full staging means we pay attention to the details. Premium furniture, home decor, bedding, towels, rugs, and that special ingredient we all need to heal/grow.
How much?
Pricing can vary significantly from one home to another. We try our best to price fairly based on the size, location, and logistics of getting all staging materials moved in/out of the space. About the Owner
Racheal Gummadi is the owner and operator of Echinacea Home Staging. She has been moving furniture and decorating rooms since she was a small child (seriously). She is a UNM certified Residential Interior Designer, an Emory University certified Home Stager, has an Associate in Radiology, and a Bachelor in Sociology. Racheal also possesses a Psychological Staging certification, in which she puts psychological principles and studies to practical use, in order to tailor each project to the needs/desires of potential home buyers.
Professionally, she has worked in the service industry, healthcare, social services, and sales for international corporations. She has found passion and creative freedom in staging homes to be sold in the real estate industry.
